Phase 1

Application Received

Your initial application has been submitted and routed through internal access control. Candidate data is reviewed for formatting, authenticity, and relevance before being flagged for recruiter review. Your motivation, experience, and attention to detail are already under assessment. Do not reach out. You will be contacted if needed.

Phase 2

Recruiter Review

Your packet enters a controlled review process overseen by selection staff. Key markers such as tactical experience, comms proficiency, team behavior, and composure are considered. This review is not personal — it’s operational. Candidates are screened not for potential, but for immediate adaptability to the unit's mission, structure, and standards.

Phase 3

Initial Interview

Should you proceed, a recruiter will schedule a structured operational dialogue. This is not a casual Q&A — it’s a professional engagement simulating pressure, brevity, and field readiness. Your ability to articulate intent, follow protocol, and project reliability will be observed. Assessment begins the moment contact is made.

Phase 4

Green Team Evaluation

Selected candidates are inserted into a live operational environment. You will operate alongside active elements during scripted and unscripted scenarios. Instructors observe everything — from your callouts to your kit layout, from your posture under fire to your behavior during downtime. You are not here to pass. You are here to prove value to the team.

Phase 5

Assignment to Role

Final review is conducted by command staff. If selected, you will be assigned to a billet within DEVGRU, 160th SOAR, or 24th STS based on observed capabilities, operational needs, and personality fit. From this point forward, you are expected to execute, uphold unit standards, and maintain readiness. Selection was the first gate. Now the real work begins.

Pre-Selection Knowledge Packet

Know your lane. Follow orders. Use proper comms brevity. Your role is not flexible — it’s critical. Every action you take reflects on the unit.

You are expected to use proper call signs, avoid open mics, and maintain situational brevity. We don’t shout over each other, repeat ourselves, or mic-spam.

All roles are earned. You may enter as a assaulter regardless of your requested path. Your performance in Green Team dictates if you advance in different specializations.

What happens inside this unit stays inside. No leaks. No trash-talking other units. If you're not mature enough to respect operational integrity, you won't be the right fit.
